Condo Update

Hello everyone:

I wanted to let everyone know I'm backing away from the sale of the condo. I found out yesterday that there are 2 pending lawsuits within the development & that is not something that I want to go anywhere near. So.... back to the drawing board. I'm disappointed but everything happens for a reason!!

As seen on M*A*S*H: 2 views-front view-side view

From our trip to Powell on MLK Day. There is also a rear view, Randi waiting to greet guests at the front door and shots of the shower stall in the master bath and the tub in the guest bath.

There were 6 amigos laying shingles on the roof and 3 doing some additional framing on the inside.

Looks like most of the preliminary plumbing is done. The electrical work should begin this week.

We're Almost There....

I got a call today that the seller's bank approved the short sale I bid on in October! So we're off & running! Closing is tentatively set for 02.06, so keep your fingers crossed!

It's a Wrap!!

These photos were taken yesterday. As you can see the outside is wrapped. The front siding is there (above pickup truck) and so is the tar paper for the roof.

The inside views are from the southeast corner (Great Room) toward the kitchen, den and bedrooms.

The basement floor has not yet been poured (lots of water apparently pumped out this week), but the basement steps are in. Enjoy.
