Sean took these photos yesterday around 3 PM. They were pumping water out of the basement and as you can see some windows have been installed(Front bedroom) and the basement stairs are sitting inside the garage. The window next to the garage is the den.
Erin took these pictures today. They're moving right along in Powell, Ohio. It appears that the rain that we had earlier in the week didn't hold them up too much. The crew leader told Erin that they expect to start the plumbing and pour the basement floor/cap on the crawl space next week.
Cuatro amigos working today. These photos were taken between 10 and 10:30 this morning. It was gray and overcast so I imagine that they made lots of progress today. When I left they were working on the rest of the back wall and the wall to the south. Roof trusses had been delivered so if the weather holds I hope that the house will be under roof by the end of next week.
Tres amigos were working on our house this afternoon when I arrived (about 3:15). As you can see they are working on the deck and expected to have that done yet today. If the weather holds (rain is expected) they hope to get the walls up tomorrow and then the roof trusses on Friday. The sales person that we have been working with told me that the expected completion date is 3-16-12.
