I got an Edible Arrangement! Yummmm.
Describe/explain this edible arrangement - it sounds very interesting.
I've seen those Edible Arrangements advertised. How was it?
Sean bought me a gift certificate (at my not-so-subtle urging) and a bottle of wine from a company named "Elizabeth Rose." I bought him SmartWools and made him a card. He made fettuccini alfredo. I made bread pudding (with vanilla ice cream, of course). He watched hockey while I made a card. Afterward, we watched a movie. It was lovely.
We met my folks in Van Wert for dinner - Mike's idea/treat. And that heart shaped choc chip cookie turned out to be a choc cake. I put down the choc chip cookie in favor of one decorated prettier (aka frosting). Turns out it was a cake. Oh well...
Hmmm.... I worked.... thankfully what was to be a 7 hour day turned into a 3 1/2 hour day :-)
I took down the Christmas tree!! It was not a record but pretty close. I also baked a delicious lemon meringue pie from scratch for Bob. (Since Ian was not home to put salt in the sugar bowl) it was excellent. Bob surprised me with tickets to hear Michael W. Smith and Steven Curtis Chapman at the Hippodrome in early April!!
Love Steven Curtis Chapman. Saw him in FW a looooong time ago. Not seen Michael W. Smith in concert but I think our choir has sung one of his pieces.
